I have been closely following what is happening in Japan since the March 11th earthquake.
The coastline about the length of the Florida east coast was destroyed by the tsunami. Try to imagine how it feels to have the entire city together with everybody you know taken in a matter of minutes. The heartache is beyond comprehension.
On top of that disaster, the people in eastern Japan are living with the fear of radiation contaminating their air, soil, water, and food. This is an ongoing disaster nowhere near a resolution and we continue to be vigilant about the situation.
We intend to support the community directly or indirectly for a long time to come.
